1.Product Description:
Color masterbatch is a new type of colorant for polymer materials, also known as Pigment Preparation. Color master batch is mainly used in plastics. Masterbatch is composed of three basic elements: pigment or dye, carrier and additive, and it is an aggregate made by evenly loading an extraordinary amount of pigment into the resin. It can be called Pigment Concentration, so its coloring power is higher than the pigment itself. By mixing a small amount of masterbatch with uncolored resin during processing, the coloring resin or product can reach the designed pigment concentration.

Black Masterbatch

Universal black masterbatch adopts recycled PE / PP carrier and economical carbon black as main raw material. It can meet different customers’ needs and lower the production cost.

Blow film grade black masterbatch adopts high qualified and strong tinting strength carbon black powder and additives. It is formed after high speed mixing, extrusion, air cooling and pelletization. It makes the film of less crystal points, excellent blackness and brightness.

Hygienic/food grade black masterbatch adopts high qualified imported carbon black, virgin polyethylene resin and imported dispersing agents. All the raw materials for masterbatch come with Hygienic or food inspection reports, such as SGS, ROHS, FDA.
